1. How can I place an order?
Simply through our website. Add your favorite items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your order.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods – including PayPal, Klarna, credit cards, and others shown at checkout.
3. Can I change or cancel my order afterward?
Yes, please send us an email at deafamerica.eu@gmail.com as soon as possible.
4. I didn’t receive an order confirmation – what should I do?
Please send us an email. Sometimes the confirmation email is just delayed and will arrive shortly.
Shipping & Delivery
5. How long does shipping take?
Germany: 3–7 business days
EU & Switzerland: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: usually 8–12 business days
6. Which shipping provider do you use?
We ship with DHL, Hermes, and in the USA with DHL or OnTrac. (Providers Can Change)
7. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs range between €2–10, (depending on KG) automatically calculated at checkout.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
9. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link sent to the email address you used when placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
10. How do I return an item?
Please send an email to deafamerica.eu@gmail.com, and we’ll provide all necessary information.
11. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days to return your item.
12. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item.
13. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Just send us an email at deafamerica.eu@gmail.com – we often cover the return shipping costs.

14. Will sold-out items be restocked?
Yes, we do our best to keep items from selling out.
(Items Labled as Limited may never be restocked)
15. What materials do you use?
We work with 100% organic cotton.

16. How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide and specific size recommendations.

Washing Instructions
17. How should I wash my items?
Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the print.
Wash at 30 °C and do not tumble dry.
Iron only inside out.
Any slight smell or marks will disappear after washing.
Wait five days before washing new clothing for the first time.
